For bulk orders, the minimum quantity is 50 magnets. If you’d like to order more, feel free to contact us for a customized quote tailored to your needs.

How long does it take to deliver a bulk order?
Delivery times for bulk orders depend on the size of the order and our production capacity at the time. We aim to complete orders within 3 working days. Please contact us to discuss a suitable delivery date for your order.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes, we do! We provide special discounts for bulk orders. The larger your order, the greater the discount. Contact us for a personalized quote.

Can I receive a sample before placing a large order?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide a physical sample before the full order is placed due to shipping costs and our commitment to sustainability. However, we can offer detailed photos of the sample for a small additional fee.

What happens if I want to make changes after placing the order?
If you need to make changes after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, provided production has not yet started.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to destinations worldwide.

Does my order come with tracking?
Standard orders are shipped without tracking to keep costs low. If you’d like tracking for your order, please select the tracked shipping option at checkout.

Can I return the customized magnets?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for personalized products. Since each magnet is custom-made just for you, once production begins, the order becomes non-refundable.
